Email problem

Saving invoice as PDF when I am attaching to mail to send to customer 
text is blank only the outline of invoice visible ? 
They only started 2 days ago 
any suggestions please 
running windows 10

On which type of device is the customer viewing the PDF? If it is an iPhone or iPad, the latest iOS 10 update seems to have problems with PDF support. Can you ask your customer to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the apple store to view the invoice? We have reported the issue to Apple and are investigating a workaround.

Hello, I have the same problem with viewing on iphone !
PC and ipad is fine. Have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader onto iphone already - no difference, just invoice outline showing ??

Hi, by default, even after loading Adobe Acrobat onto the iPhone, PDFs in emails aren't automatically opened in Adobe. However, a button is show at the bottom left of the PDF that allows the PDF to be sent to Adobe where it will show correctly.
