Non functioning Emails

I have been using the smtp email sending option very successfully then for no reason it will not allow me to send emails using Sliq or using my default email software (Outlook).
No settings were changed.
I am having to save the invoice as a .pdf then attach it manually to an email to send from outlook.

I have tried deleting the smtp setting and starting again but still no good.

Can you let us know any messages that get shown when the SMTP or Outlook send fail? We can then investigate further.

This exact same problem is happening to me now after two years hassle free. I get a code: 10060.
please advise asap

Error 10060 means that the underlying services SliQ uses in Windows are being blocked. A couple of things you can try are:-
1. Your antivirus/ firewall software may have undergone an automatic update and blocked SliQ from sending. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus/ firewall software and see if you can then send OK. If this works, check the settings in your antivirus/ firewall to see if you can remove the block.
2. Let us know what settings you are using for the SMTP server and port. We can then check if these seem OK. I am assuming you haven't changed these recently.
