I've purchased SliQ but not received an unlock code. What do I do?

If you purchased via PayPal, we send the unlock code in an email to the email address you gave PayPal. If you have mis-spelled the email address or are not receiving email on the address, we will have no way of knowing that you have not received your unlock code.

If the email you gave PayPal is OK, please check your email junk folder to see if the email has been flagged as spam.

Alternatively, go to this page: http://www.sliqtools.co.uk/get-copy-of-unlock-code.aspx and enter the email address you gave to PayPal to retrieve your code.

If this does not work, please raise a support ticket. To help us track down your payment, please specify the date on which you purchased and the PayPal transaction number if possible.
