I have downloaded SliQ Invoicing again and my unlock code does not work

If you purchased SliQ Invoicing some time ago and you have recently downloaded a copy from our site you may find that your existing unlock code does not work. The most likely reason for this is that a major version upgrade has taken place. When you purchase, you are entitled to a free upgrade to any minor version number change, e.g. if you purchased 2.1 you would be entitled to a free upgrade to 2.3, 2.3 and so on. However, if you wanted to use a major version change, e.g. 4.0, you will need to purchase an upgrade on our sales page.

If you try to register V4 with an unlock code for V3 for example, you will get a message indicating that no payment can be found and the registration will fail.

Note: Your existing unlock will still unlock the version of SliQ you originally purchased and will never time out. All you need to do is reinstall the version you originally downloaded and purchased, for example from the backup CD you may have bought along with your unlock code. You can also check our support page - we keep a copy of the previous installable on our support page for one year after a major version release.

Note Also: Please make sure you have downloaded the correct package, e.g. if you had originally purchased SliQ Invoicing Lite, make sure you have downloaded and are trying to unlock Lite and not SliQ Invoicing Plus.
