Remote Support Assistance

When a remote support session has been agreed with a SliQTools support team member, follow the instructions below to initiate the remote session:-

1. Click on the TeamViewer button below to download and install the TeamViewer client.

2. When TeamViewer runs, email the login and password TeamViewer displays to the SliQTools support team member.

3. The SliQTools support team member can then log on and look at your computer.

Note: SliQTools can only access your computer while TeamViewer is running and that the TeamViewer password will change if you stop and restart TeamViewer.

Note Also: Please give us some advance warning of when you will want us to do the remote support session so we can try and make a support agent available.
