SliQTools provides remote support using TeamViewer

As part of our efforts to continue improving our support, SliQTools now provide remote support using the industry-leading TeamViewer support software. We have trialled a number of packages over the past few months before deciding on TeamViewer as the most effective remote support solution.

TeamViewer allows SliQTools customers (or potential customers) to download a remote support client allowing SliQTools support staff to remotely view their desktop and help out with any problems. The initial route to support for customers is by submitting a support ticket using our help desk. If we need to gather more information we may ask you for permission to access your PC using TeamViewer. The TeamViewer remote support client can be downloaded via a new button on our SliQTools Support page.
